1.The operating environment should be kept clean regularly, ensuring the fan's surface is clean, and there are no obstructions at the inlet or outlet. Dust and other debris inside the fan and ducts should be cleared periodically.
2.The fan should only operate under completely normal conditions. Ensure adequate power supply capacity, stable voltage, strictly prohibit running with phase loss, and use dedicated power lines instead of temporary ones for prolonged periods.
3.If any abnormalities such as unusual sounds, severe motor heating, electrified casing, tripped switches, or failure to start are noticed during the fan's operation, immediately stop the fan for inspection. To ensure safety, repairs should not be conducted while the fan is in operation. After maintenance, a trial run of about five minutes should be performed to confirm there are no anomalies before resuming regular operation.
4.Store the fan in a dry environment to prevent motor dampness. When stored outdoors, take preventive measures. During storage and transportation, prevent the fan from bumping to avoid damage.
