Installation Precautions for Low-Noise Centrifugal Fans:
Before installation:

During installation:
Adjust the connection of the fan's inlet and outlet pipes to ensure a natural fit, avoiding forced connections. Soft connections can be used when necessary.
After installation:
1. Manually rotate the fan, checking for smooth operation and any collision phenomena before attempting a trial run.
2. To prevent motor overload and burning, the fan must start with no load. Gradually increase the load under favorable conditions.
Operating Precautions for Low-Noise Centrifugal Fans:
1. Close the air inlet before starting the fan.
2. Check all parts of the fan for normal operation.
3. After the fan has operated under the specified load for some time, check if the bearing temperature is normal. Unless otherwise specified, the temperature rise of the bearing should generally not exceed 40°C above the ambient temperature.
